OpenStreetMap
We use the open-source mapping service “OpenStreetMap” (also known as “OSM”) provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, 132 Maney Hill Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72 1JU, United Kingdom, to display our dealer search. OSM is used to provide an interactive map on our website that shows you where you can find our dealers. This service loads map material from an external server, but only when you click the “Load Map” button. The following data is transmitted to OSM’s servers when displaying the map: the page of our website that you visited and the IP address of your device. The legal basis for processing your data in relation to the OSM service is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest in data processing). The legitimate interest arises from our need for an appealing presentation of our online offerings. However, you can also use our dealer search without loading the map.
For more information on how user data is handled, please refer to OSM’s privacy policy: https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy

The data will not be passed on to third parties. An exception exists if there is a legal obligation to pass it on. The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter. The subscription to the newsletter can be canceled by the data subject at any time. Likewise, consent to the storage of personal data can be revoked at any time.
